We are a male owned but female operated company. We employ members of the LGBTQ+ community, minorities, immigrants, and the disabled. We feel it takes a wide range of backgrounds and opinions to make a good company. We are proud to have these people with us.
Environmental
Here are Ready Limited, we try to limit how much trash our company makes. Our company repurposes packing materials, packaging, boxes etc as much as possible. For all other items we prioritize recycling more than throwing items away. We travel 2 hours across town once a month to recycle items such as electronic waste, styrofoam and glass. Items such as toner and ink cartridges are recycled by sending them back to the manufacturer. We are proud to say that we throw out less than a standard trash bag per month.
Packaging
Other than recycling and repurposing, our company uses the smallest size boxes and mailers possible to ship items. Not only does this save money but waste as well.
